Online orders may be returned to a Maltelle concept store for an exchange or refund, subject to the following conditions:
• The return is made within 15 days of purchase;
• The order number is provided;
• The item remains in its original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers intact and unremoved.
• You may also return online orders to Maltelle to request a refund; such requests will be forwarded to our customer service team, and the refund will be processed to your original payment account within 5 business days. Please note: For items marked "Final Sale," we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, unless there is a quality issue.
